If you`re planning on selling your home, we will aggressively market your home with ALL the tools available to us. Don`t let agents tell you that open houses don`t sell homes. That`s a lazy agent who just wants the Multiple Listing Service to do the work for him or her. Open houses DO sell homes, and when I find and represent the buyer for you, it provides you with a substantial reduced commission cost. I can`t tell you how many times I have been contacted by owners who have listed with agents who do little to market their home only to ask me to take over their listing. You wouldn`t hire a carpenter who says he won`t use a hammer to get the job done, so don`t hire a real estate agent who won`t use all the tools available to sell your home.
If you`re planning on buying a home, I will search out all homes that match your needs, preview them, so you don`t have to waste valuable time being taken to homes that you won`t want anyway.
I also value communication with my clients. You may reach me, on my cell phone at any time of the day or night. My clients know they can call me during the night if they have an immediate concern, and I am there for them. There`s nothing more annoying than an agent who lets all calls go to voice-mail, just to make it convenient for him/her to call back at a later time. I answer right then and there unless I`m on another call.
